Compassionate Professional Carers

"I am committed to assigning kind, gentle and understanding carers dedicated to clients wellbeing and confidently expect my carers to deal with each individual case, depending on client's needs, whether it be for 2 or 24 hours."

~ Kate McLean

All our professional carers are selected for their kindness, commonsense, competence, compassion and tolerance along with a sense of humour.

We have a wonderful team of multiskilled caregivers, some of whose backgrounds include overseas nursing experience and trainee nursing staff in New Zealand.

All carers are interviewed and personally assessed by Kate, references and referees are checked and their credentials are thoroughly checked through the District Court.

Carers' duties can include household tasks, cooking, shopping, gardening, doctor/hospital visits and any other non-medical tasks.

Continuity of Care is Important

We think is is important to provide a continuity of care over time to let the bonds of trust and friendship between client and carer develop. Barring unforeseen circumstances, you will be cared for by the same person wherever possible.

Non-Medical Duties and Care

While our carers are adaptable, versatile and willing to carry out a number of duties, they are not qualified to undertake general nursing duties and may not administer restricted drugs.
